One day we had no water for most of the day so we tried to go places that did have toilets we could use. The boys asked to go to Tamarack Nature Center, so away we went. The neighbors have been trying to go to one park a week with us, so they joined us because they too did not have water (the sewer on our block was being worked on that day. The four boys all had a blast and I think we were there for a couple of hours.
That same night we went to the Rosefest parade like we've done for the past several years. The boys enjoy scooping up the candy that people throw.
Oliver's been helping cook dinners with Jerimy more and more this summer. He loves seeing how his food is made and learning tricks from his dad. He has a cooking camp coming up the end of July he is very much looking forward to.
We went to the library to see a juggling unicyclist one evening. That was fun.
After seeing the unicyclists at the parade and the juggling show, Lucius was really excited to try his unicycle again. He is getting close but not quite there yet.
We didn't do a lot this week but it was fun to watch the boys learn all their new skills at swimming lessons and have a more relaxed week of playing outside.
