Easter Hunt take two...

The following Saturday, one day before Easter, we head to Auntie Micks house for her annual Egg Hunt. The boys had been informed that they may not get to hunt for eggs today, as there was so many tears and complaints last weekend. They are COMPLETELY fine with that policy. Interesting.

We arrive at Auntie Mick's house early to help set out eggs- cause if they can't hunt them, it's nice to at least touch a few eggs. They joyfully help set out the last of the 400 plus eggs. They are also given a special job to do after the hunt has ended, which they are only too happy to do.

Then Auntie Mick gathered the Littles for a photo op and then across the street to hunt eggs in her neighbors yard. She sent of the youngest first and then the older. Oliver and Lucius did end up hunting eggs after all but were limited on just how many the could get. This hunt ended with smiles instead of tears. Hooray. Plus I got my family shot, which always makes me happy.

Then the boys got to hand out a special surprise from Auntie mick to all the kids, and they did a great job helping everyone.

We ate lunch and got to play for a while before heading home.
