Well we woke up this morning with a few inches of snow. The boys were super excited about the winter wonder land, so they went out for a while before lunch. Oliver was SO excited to eat the snow. Goodness kiddo.
Then while the boys napped I went out to shovel the driveway. I started at 2pm and decided to use the snow from the driveway to make a snow fort for the boys to play in when they woke up. SO by 3ish when they were up, I had a pretty big fort going but the driveway was only half shoveled. Wow- there was a LOT of snow falling today.
BY four I gave up with the shovel and used the snow blower. I was fighting a losing battle with the 12 inches of snowfall we had in one day.
What a super fun snow day. Plus the neighbor boy came over to play in our snow fort with us for a little bit. We're super excited to play out in the snow again and again this week and maybe even invite cousins over to play in our fort! Hooray for Minnesota's winter wonder land!
