Sunday

Oliver and I had a fun little walk before his morning Nap. We walked through the neighborhood and then stopped by the "bath" (what Oliver calls any body of water) aka the Lake to have a little snack. To prove I was really there- you can see my foot! A very peaceful end to a fantastic mini vacation.

After Oliver's nap we made a tunnel out of an old cardboard box. We like to recycle AND save money around these parts. Good for the earth and the imagination too!

Oliver even figured out how to get his Broom thru the tunnel with him. Crazy Smart kiddo.

Your walk looks like it was a lot of fun - I am glad your foot was in the picture or we might have thought Oliver was in the middle of nowhere eating a snack all by himself:-)

The broom and the box was adorable - I love watching them figure things out.

I am glad your mini vacation was a success!

Do you know the book, "Not a Box?" It's a good one. Also, "Birthday Box."

Oliver is so cute and sweet. I wish we lived closer!

I totally wish we lived closer. We'll have to come visit sometime.

And yes, I love Antoinette Portis, she has a wonderful imagination and her books are so fun to read!
